Galentine’s Day Ideas

Grab your squad and turn Valentine’s Day into a brunch celebration of all things lady friendships – just add a simple menu, fresh details and a cocktail list as bubbly as your besties.

The menu: Brunch is one of the most social ways to gather the group of girls, so make the food part of the fun. Create a menu that everyone can enjoy and be social with. Create a waffle bar with fresh fruit, a variety of almonds and pecans, and chocolates.

The refreshments: As social as the food, a mimosa bar is just what you’ll need for a simple, easy and fun beverage station. Ice a couple bottles of champagne and offer a few different juices like cranberry and orange for the ladies to mix and sip as they please. If you’re looking to add a second choice of something light, a bottle of rose will add a colorful touch.

The flowers: Keep it fun, fresh and colorful! Add in splashes of bright colors to keep things fun and new. Instead of red roses, consider bunches of purple and white pedals.

The decorations: Balloons are making a cheeky comeback with new shapes, colors and ideas taking flight at all kinds of parties. We’re currently loving the conversation heart balloons from Studio DIY!

The best part: You might be throwing the brunch solo, but you certainly don’t have to do it all yourself! It’s not too late to treat yourself and your ladies to an experienced Party Helper (i.e., “KrooMember”) to set-up, serve-up and clean-up your gathering so that you can be a guest at your own party! Let your KrooMember set-up the waffle bar, serve-up the desserts and clean-up the kitchen while you enjoy time with your ladies.
